Denmark · 1923–2001

Trained first as a cabinetmaker, he went on to study at the School of Arts and Crafts in Copenhagen and in 1949 joined FDB's design studio under Børge Mogensen, taking charge of it in 1950. He is best known for the Corona lounge chair, which Fredericia still produces.
