# Pierre Paulin

> Pierre Paulin was a French furniture and interior designer, born in Paris in 1927; he died in 2009. The work includes outdoor furniture, armchairs and sofas. The series on Lofvi is Pacha. In the 1960s he designed furniture with the Dutch manufacturer Artifort, and in the 1970s he took on interior design projects. His work is linked to modernist and functionalist design and to experiments with materials.
