Cosima is een zachte, comfortabele bank omdat losse veren zijn gebruikt op een dikke laag koudschuim. Deze losse vulling wordt op zijn plaats gehouden door de tussenvoering in groeven te naaien. Deze bovenste vulling is heel zacht en kan worden verplaatst door op de bank te zitten en de vorm kan na verloop van tijd veranderen. Om de bank te onderhouden is het belangrijk dat je hem regelmatig opschudt, maar het is niet mogelijk om de precieze vorm te behouden. Cosima wordt in de loop der tijd ronder van vorm en de naden volgen deze organischere vorm dankzij de zachte comfortabele vulling. Dit wordt gezien als normale slijtage en draagt bij aan de zachte look van de bank.
